CityLocal may allow visitors to contact, request information from, request a quote from, make an inquiry to, or otherwise communicate with a listed business.
When you intentionally submit an inquiry for a particular business, information necessary to process that request may be provided to that business.
For example, if you submit your name, email address, telephone number, and a description of a service you need, that information may be sent to the business you selected so it can respond.

8. Sale of Personal Information
CityLocal’s primary business is providing a local business directory, advertising, marketing, and related services.
We do not treat the publication of publicly available business information in the CityLocal directory as the sale of a consumer’s private personal information.

9. Public Business Information
CityLocal is designed to make business information publicly discoverable.
Information submitted for inclusion in a public business listing—including business names, business telephone numbers, business addresses, websites, services, descriptions, business photographs, and other listing information—may therefore be publicly displayed and accessible to search engines and other internet users.
